Itoen Oi Ocha Hojicha is a premium roasted green tea cultivated in Japan that has multiple health benefits and contains much less caffeine than normal green tea.
Hojicha is made by roasting green tea leaves (the same tea leaves as green tea) with strong heat. The roasting process makes this tea acquire a distinctive light brown color and a special roasting aroma which you cannot feel with other kinds of tea.
