Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) according to the guidelines below.
1. General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be:
- Returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they're in acceptable condition, we'll issue a full refund for the item's cost (excluding any original shipping charges).
- Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please Note: We are not responsible for returned packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses, repeated absence of the recipient, or unpaid import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country.

2. Damaged Items on Delivery
If your item arrives damaged, please report the damage to us within 7 days of delivery. To do so, contact Customer Service with your order number and photos of the damaged item, the external packaging, and the interior packaging. This helps us assess the damage and work with the carrier. We will then work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
3. Item-Specific Return Policy
For hygiene, safety, and quality control, certain products have specific return conditions:
- Food & Beverages: Due to the nature of these items, food and beverage products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received by you in a defective or damaged condition. In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged food or beverage item, please contact Customer Service immediately for assistance.
- Health & Wellness Products: This category includes personal care items such as supplements, vitamins, and medical devices. For health and safety reasons, these products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received by you in a defective or damaged condition. If you receive a defective or damaged health or wellness product, please contact Customer Service immediately for assistance.
4. How to Return Your Item
Follow these steps to return your purchase:
- Initiate Your Return: After receiving your item, please contact us within 7 days to start the return process. You will need your original order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Return Window: You have 60 days from the purchase date to return your item(s).
- Package Your Item(s): Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method from the carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing Your Refund:
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for your returned item to reach our fulfillment center.
- Once received, it takes 3 business days for us to process your refund.
- After processing, it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
