Black garlic oil, is a staple seasoning in Kumamoto Prefecture, and locals enjoy it by adding it to its specialty dish: tonkostu ramen. Horiuchi Oil is a long-running oil manufacturer that specializes in the production of oil products with old-fashioned methods. This chili ma-yu oil is comprised only of their organic canola oil, garlic, and chili peppers picked from Kumamoto; no additives are included in this product.
