Lassi is a type of buttermilk that is commonly consumed in the South Asian region. It is a thick and creamy yogurt-like drink and spices and fruits are also added.
Add 11g (two teaspoonfuls) of this product to the cup, then dissolve it in 40ml of cold water. Stir it well to avoid lumps.
Add 100ml of milk and stir the mixture well. Add your favorite toppings if you wish.
