This is supposed to be full of rich umami with thick delicious pork fat. It was way too tamed in flavor. Yes, umami is there but a lot less than what I expected. It needs to be richer. Noodle texture wasn't too bad but there's nothing special. If you never had Japanese Ramen, definitely recommend trying it. This didn't meet my expectations but tastes pretty alright.
