This all purpose Japanese sauce brings perfectly balanced sweetness, saltiness and sourness to your kitchen, making it exceptionally easy to cook delicious dishes with minimal effort.

This sauce is made with carefully selected ingredients that are natural and good for the body, such as brewed soy sauce, hon mirin, and brown sugar that is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Use this sauce to expertly bring out the natural deliciousness of the ingredients you're cooking with, as it's neither too weak nor overpowering.

Use it in a variety of dishes such as: teriyaki chicken, simmered fish, simmered vegetables, and more.

Add this sauce to any dish to instantly add a hit of well-balanced flavor. Some example dishes:

Egg and Minced Beef Donburi:

  • Combine 3 Tbsp all-purpose sauce, 200ml water, and 1 Tbsp potato starch.
  • Fry minced beef and egg in a frying pan. Add sauce mixture and stir until thickened.
  • Serve the finished dish on top of rice.

Steamed Flavored Rice:

  • Chop carrots, shiitake and bamboo shoots and mix with uncooked glutinous rice and steam for 20min.
  • Combine 1 Tbsp sesame oil and 5 Tbsp all-purpose sauce and stir through the half-steamed rice.
  • Steam for another 20 minutes and serve.

Teriyaki Chicken Wings:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry chicken wings skin side down until browned.
  • Flip over, reduce heat to low, cover and continue cooking.
  • Once cooked through, add 3 all-purpose Tbsp sauce to the pan, turn up to medium and stir wings through the sauce until thickened.
  • Ingredients: Sugar, starch syrup, brown sugar, soy sauce, mirin, sake, salt, plum vinegar, yeast extract, kelp extract, bonito extract, agar
