Did you know that Wakame Ramen from Acecook has been one of their best-selling products since its launch? Try it to experience the “good old-fashioned” taste of Japanese ramen.
Although it depends on the brand, this type of ramen is actually a soy sauce-based ramen with wakame seaweed as the main garnish. For the Acecook version, it contains oyster umami, roasted sesame seeds, and black pepper in its soup.
Put the noodles into 500cc (≒16.9 us fl oz.) of boiling water in a pot.
Add a sachet of powdered soup (which also includes garnishes) to the pot, and cook the mixture for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, turn off the heat, stir it well, then transfer it to a bowl.
