This is a Junmai (pure rice) sake with a rich and sharp taste full of umami and with just the right balance of acidity.

Made from high quality yamada nishiki rice and pure spring water this Japanese sake has been made following traditional techniques used in generation after generation.

The label on the bottle is designed by Kingoro Yoneda, the first generation brewer from the company.
