Before the first use, wash the pan with a neutral detergent. Do not wash with a hard sponge or scrubbing brush.
To wash this pan, simple use a small amount of detergent and warm water. You can wash it with your hand, or with a soft sponge. You should never scrub it with a hard or stiff brush or sponge. If the pan has stubborn bits of food stuck to it, simply half-fill it with water, add a little dish detergent, and simmer it on the stove for a few minutes to loosen.
