I'll admit that while I'm a huge fan of natto, I'm not always keen on the mucilaginous aspect. This definitely makes having natto easy--and if you get it wet, it is still mucilaginous so it's not exactly gone, but you can incorporate into meals easily. Sweet and a little nutty.
