Muso Free-Range Egg Mayonnaise is a Japanese mayonnaise made with only natural ingredients and free-range eggs. It has a simple yet rich taste which pairs well with many different foods.
Only eggs used from chickens who can roam freely have been used, which makes the taste of this Japanese mayo more delicious.
In addition, this mayonnaise is seasoned with organic apple cider vinegar and lemon vinegar made with Setouchi lemons. These vinegars have a much milder flavor compared to white vinegar.
Non GMO rapeseed oil has been used as the oil of choice for this mayonnaise's production.
Carefully packaged with minimum contact with oxygen, keeping this mayo fresh even after opened.
