Sato No Akebono Kokuto Shochu & Sumomo Plum Juice Blend is a unique creation featuring Garari plums from the Amami Islands in Kagoshima. These plums bloom with beautiful white flowers in February and ripen into deep red fruits during the rainy season.

Known for its stunning purple flesh, Amami plum, or "Amami Ume," is versatile, ideal for both raw consumption and the creation of fruit wine, juice, and jam. The method of crafting Amami Plum Sake is straightforward. Garari plums bask in the tropical Amami sun and then soak in Sato no Akebono. The essence is meticulously extracted from these pickled fruits, infusing the brown sugar shochu with not only a delightful taste but also the vibrant color of the pulp, resulting in a beautifully hued liqueur.

This sweet and sour concoction, perfectly balancing the taste of brown sugar shochu with the plum's tanginess, matures over the course of about a year. Enjoy it in the following ways:
