The seaweed flavored lotus root chips were amazing! The thin crispness of the lotus root and the flavorful taste of the seaweed and salt added an extra umph to my meals. If you like nori and lotus root, these chips are a salty treat! They can also be crushed up and added to rice to make a unique onigiri or go on top of a miso soup or rice porridge.
