This is a shoyu ramen set that contains half-raw noodles, a packet of dashi, seasoning oil, organic shoyu soup base, and a special organic soy sauce called “Megumi no Itteki”, which translates as "a drop of blessing".

The shoyu ramen broth is a blend of JAS certified organic koikuchi shoyu (Japanese dark soy sauce), JAS certified organic usukuchi shoyu (Japanese light soy sauce) and Megumi no Itteki; a classic organic shoyu brewed in a cedar barrel for three years.

  • The half-raw noodles give a pleasant feeling as they go down your throat and pair perfectly with the soup.
  • The powdered packet contains dried sardine dashi powder which gives a light and sweet umami taste.
  • This Japanese noodles quality is supervised by a professional ramen chef in Japan.
  • This ramen is natural, free of chemical seasonings to recreate the taste of the ramen you can eat a ramen restaurant.
  • Teraoka is a shoyu (soy sauce) brewer founded in Hiroshima in western Japan that has inherited a traditional barrel brewing method for the production of its authentic soy sauce.

Prepare two pots: add sufficient water in the pot for noodle boiling, and 400cc of water in the pot for soup, respectively. Then bring these both to a boil.

Put the dashi packet into the pot for soup, and heat it for 90 to 120 seconds. To make the soup richer, you can heat it longer if you wish. Meanwhile, put the noodles into another pot and heat them for approximately three and a half minutes.

Add the seasoning oil and soup base (the larger shoyu packet) into the ramen bowl, then add 300cc of the dashi soup into it. Then drain the noodles well, and transfer them to the ramen bowl.

Finally, add the Megumi no Itteki (the smaller shoyu packet) into the ramen bowl. You can add some toppings if you wish.
