What I can say is they are prepared nicely. Good quality, but not my taste. Sorry to say I didn't much like them. I like fresh persimmons, so I decided to try these dry ones. So I'll stick to the fresh ones. Thanks anyway.

We are glad to hear that you found the quality and preparation to be good. Our Dried Persimmons (Hoshigaki) are made without any added sugar or preservatives to preserve the natural sweetness of the fruit. However, as you noticed, the drying process results in a texture that is much more concentrated and chewy—quite different from the juicy, crisp texture of a fresh persimmon!
We completely understand that everyone has their own preferences when it comes to fruit. While these may not have been your favorite, we hope you might find something else in our shop that suits your taste better in the future.
