Welna Smooth Instant Japanese Custard Pudding Mix 55g

• Makes 4 individual puddings in cups approximately 6cm in diameter
• Simple preparation with milk and egg yolk
• Creates a smooth, soft pudding texture
• Includes a fragrant, slightly bitter caramel sauce

Prepare 300cc of milk and 1 egg yolk. Pour the included caramel sauce into the bottom of each cup. Place the pudding mix, milk, and egg yolk in a pot and whisk well. Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously, then simmer for 1 more minute over low heat. Pour into the cups and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.
