My hair is pretty long and thick, but I only use a little bit of it, maybe the size of a quarter, leave it for at least 45 minutes and I don't use conditioner after I shampoo my hair. Leaves my hair silky and shiny.

This cream was the only thing that finally fixed my colored and damaged hair! I no longer need to use the hair iron to flatted the fizziness.
