It got kind of a mild taste, doesn't stick too much to fingers like what is typical for these sort of products, it's enough to just rub your fingers against one another to brush it off. and it doesn't 'color' off if you accidentally get slight of it on your pants, also due to the shape is amazing to use chopsticks to eat.
