Best GF udon I’ve ever found

These noodles are the reason why I order from Japanese Taste. Being GF means that mediocre alternatives must suffice for most “staples”.

Well; these noodles are outstanding, and I use them on a near weekly basis for udon-suki.

Pro tip: get a kettle going while you also have a pot of water boiling. Drop the noodles into the boiling water, stir, and watch the water get cloudy. Dump the water and pour in the boiling water from the kettle. Dump that water and rinse with cold or hot water depending on how you intend to use the noodles. Doing this ensures that the you don’t add a lot of additional starch to the liquid you add the cooked noodles to.

Product is good but labeling is an issue

Cooking with the noodles was fine except that the only English words on the package are “gluten free.” It would be helpful to have some cooking instructions in English.
