This is a pancake mix made of rice flour produced in Japan without wheat flour, sugar, and fragrance. With this product, those who have wheat allergy, under sugar restrictions, or taking a healthy diet practice can enjoy the pancake.

Sugarless pancake mix enables you to cook pancake freely according to your preference. For instance, you can add grated fruits or crushed nuts to season your pancake. Adding vegetables or vegetable juice into the pancake makes easier to eat for children who do not like the vegetables.

Rice flour pancake features pleasantly moist and chewy texture that remains tasty even if refrigerated or served cold.

This pancake mix also includes a lactic acid called LAC-Shield™ invented by a leading Japanese dairy product company Morinaga. A piece of pancake contains 10 billion of this beneficial bacteria.

Free of fragrance, artificial sweetener, and aluminum. Contains no 7 major allergens: wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, peanuts, shrimp, and crab.

This product can make the pancake for 4 servings.

Put 1 egg, 230~260ml≒7.8~8.8 us fl oz of milk, and the pancake mix into a bowl and stir them well. Do not leave any lump.

Heat the pan over a medium heat, then let it cool off slightly on a wet dishcloth. If your pan is made of iron, put 1~2 teaspoon of oil or butter on it.

Pour a pancake batter onto the pan using approximately 1/4 of the total for each pancake. Pouring it from a higher place enables to make a beautifully round pancake.

Cook the batter over low or medium heat for approximately 3 minutes. When the pancake surface bubbles and have some holes on it, flip the pancake and heat if for 2 minutes or until the underside of the batter turns brown.

Transfer the pancake to a dish, and serve with the toppings you desire.
