I am very happy with my Tojiro DP Steak knife. It is super sharp and beside being a steak knife I also use it for accurate cleaning of bigger pieces of meat and for filleting. I have yet to see how long its sharpness will last. Will probably buy more in the future.

My wife and myself really enjoy your knives having a good looking knife that is really sharp is a real joy too use.
I wish you had a wood knife block to store your knives would be great. We now have three of your knives and 4 steak knives. Your wood block doesn't allow for steak knives.
