This Ume Plum Vinegar is a special product of Yano Noen, a Japanese plum farm located at Oita Prefecture.
Ume plum vinegar, also known as umeboshi vinegar, is the plum liquid extracted during the pickling process combined with sea salt and red shiso. Thus, the strong sour and salty taste and beautiful wine red color.
Because this product is made from natural ingredients, it might be subject to color fading or generate sediments, but there are not any problems with the quality.
Can use this product as dressing base, pickling other vegetables, sauce for fish an meat dishes, etc.
